Meet The Owner

Hello there!  My name is Eric, and I am the owner and founder of Forward Momentum Services, LLC.  I was born and raised in Butte, Montana, and have lived in Helena for a total of 5 years. Besides Montana, I have also lived in North Dakota, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
In 2023, I had the absolute honor and privilege to be the segment 10 runner for MS Run The US.  MS Run The US is a non profit that raises money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis patients, and is still the country's first and only cross-country ultra marathon.  In 2017, the founder of the organization set out to run across the country by herself, all in the name of raising money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis.  In 2018, after successfully completing the cross country run, the founder turned it into a cross country ultra marathon, following the route she took the year before.  The route was divided into 19 segments, beginning on Santa Monica pier in California, and ending in New York City.  My mother has had MS for my entire life, so when I heard about MS Run The US, I HAD to apply.  I was eventually accepted as one of the 19 runners for 2023, and was given segment 10: Holdrege, Nebraska to Lincoln, Nebraska, for a total of 163 miles over 6 straight days.  What a perfect way to honor the woman that has done everything in her power for me throughout my life.  The picture to the left was taken during my 6 days in Nebraska.
The outdoors are my true passion.  From trail running, to hunting and fishing, to digging for crystals and other minerals, to camping with my family, the mountains and forests are where I'm most happy.
My other true passion is helping others.  Service to others is in my blood, and I am eager to serve Helena, and the surrounding southwest Montana areas.  With my experience across a wide variety of industries, and with all my love, care, and compassion, you can be sure that you are receiving first rate service.

Lead Based Paint Inspections

Do you have areas around your home that you suspect lead based paint or other lead materials are present?  Look no further, Forward Momentum Services, LLC is on the case, keeping families safe and informed about lead materials for 6 years.  Previous experience includes lead inspections and risk assessments for a governmental agency.

Tree Services

I offer a wide variety of tree services, and have 12 years of experience in the industry.  From wildfire mitigation, to selective cuts, to clear cuts, to pruning, I do it all!  You can be assured that your property will be taken care of and treated with the utmost respect.

Food Safety Manager Courses

I have been a certified ServSafe instructor and exam proctor for 7 years, and used to be a Sanitarian (health inspector) for Lewis and Clark County, Montana, as well as Douglas County, Wisconsin.  I can teach courses for both new people and recertifications, with class sizes ranging from 1 person, to a maximum of 30 people.  This is ideal for people who do not want to wait for their local jurisdiction to offer a course, especially if recertification needs to occur between local jurisdiction course offerings.

Personal Coaching
